Ezora

Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms cover the website and the client portal. Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. This text should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.

Who we are

The service is provided by Ezora.

Using the website

You may browse the website and send a project brief or call request for genuine business enquiries. Do not send spam, malware or anything unlawful, do not probe or disrupt the service, and do not use automated means to submit forms.

Client portal accounts

Your content and files

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. You give us permission to store, process and use it only to provide the services you asked for. You confirm you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe rights or break the law. Do not upload personal data of others unless needed for the project and lawful. Allowed file types and size limits are shown in the portal.

Proposals, projects and fees

A project brief or a portal project is a request, not a contract. Scope, price, timeline, ownership of deliverables and payment terms are set in a written proposal or agreement that we both accept. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins. Statuses and estimates shown in the portal are for information.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share in a brief or project as confidential and use it only for your work, unless you agree otherwise in writing or the law requires disclosure.

Our content

The Ezora name, logo, site design and text belong to us. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission.

No guarantees about the website

We work to keep the website and portal available and accurate, but they are provided “as is”. Descriptions of services are general and do not promise a particular result. We may change or pause features with reasonable notice where we can.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from use of the website or portal. Liability for paid work is set in the agreement for that work.

Governing law

The governing law and courts will be stated in your written agreement.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Using the service after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms:
